RETURN POLICY OF THE GDAY.LT ONLINE STORE

1. The Buyer, upon receipt of the Products, who has identified defects or other discrepancies with the terms of the order, shall notify the Seller of the defects within 14 (fourteen ) days from the date of receipt of the Products.

2. The Buyer may return the non-conforming Product and obtain a replacement Product from the Seller at the Seller's expense. The Seller provides the Buyer with new high-quality Products as soon as possible to replace the Products that do not meet the requirements, but in all cases no later than within 5 (five) business days from the date of submission of the Buyer's claim regarding the non-compliant Product. 

3. If a manufacturing defect in the Product is noticed or suspected, the Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller.

4. If the Seller is found to be at fault for a defect in the Product, the Seller undertakes to immediately replace the Product with a new one suitable for use at no additional charge.
