1. Take your Chemex (or any other) container,

2. Add 10g of coffee berries to it,

3. Heat the water to 93 degrees Celsius (or after boiling, wait until the water stops bubbling),

4. Pour 200ml of water over the berries,

5. Wait 4 minutes
