Our coffee journey began in Australia. So, in order to discover what we already tasted every day, we needed to be in a completely different part of the world. A cup on the other side of the equator was completely different and immediately enchanted. Can coffee be more than just coffee? Then we found out that it really was. The answer is quality coffee.

When we returned, we were looking for something at least somewhat similar to that enchanting taste. We bought an espresso machine for home, visited the Vilnius coffee festival, tasted all (well, almost all) the coffees offered in Vilnius. And... no - we didn't find HER.

After hope had subsided, after discovering other flavors and getting used to them, we had a new epiphany. This time in yet another corner of the world - Canada. And why don't we toast ourselves? In a cozy little cafe in Vancouver, the coffee roaster in the corner screamed "Your home is dreary and incomplete without me."

It didn't take long for our house to fill up. A procession of sticky notes settled on the wardrobe, the purpose of which is the start of the coffee roasting activity. Samples of coffee beans and packages lay on the tables and shelves. We started looking for teachers and inspirations, and most importantly, bringing friends and family into our coffee community through freestyle tastings.

Our main aspiration and desire is to see an expanding community of coffee connoisseurs.
